The work featured on freewaves 'om-ma-ni-pad-me-hum' is a time-based virtual mirror into my cultural and philosophical paradigm. As a human being we all want to do something meaningful. On special occasions we offer gifts to the host as a sign of gratitude. Is it the physical object that represents this gratitude or is it simply the thought that counts? 'om-ma-ni-pad-me-hum' is an ancient Tibetan mantra that focuses on peace & harmony. It is said the very sight of this mantra manifests this ideal to whomever may fall upon the good fortune of viewing it.
