Jim Finn (b. 1968, St. Louis) lives in Chicago and makes videos about gerbils, Jimmy Carter, and communism among other things. His work has screened at festivals such as the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Cinematexas, and the NY Underground Festival. His work has also appeared in Harpers magazine (Jan, 2000) and on PBS. He is the co-founder of the experimental Video Mundi annual festival at the Chicago Cultural Center.
